WAYS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following :
1) CASH in a registered envelope, AT YOUR OWN RISK (Euros or $US)
2) BANK-TRANSFER with IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code (Euros only) PLEASE NOTE THAT 3.00EUR WILL BE ADDED TO COVER THE BANK'S CHARGES
3) MONEY GRAM (Euros only)
4) PAYPAL with a surcharge of 4.5% to the total for the fees (Euros or $US)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT IMO, GIROS, CHEQUES, POSTAL ORDERS or other ways of payment.


RETURN POLICY
1) We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that posted "not registered" and/or "not insured". In anyway, in the rare case that a registered/insured package has gone missing in the post we may be able to put in a claim with the post office and give a search order. You must notify us by telephone, fax or email as soon as you suspect that a package has gone missing but not later than six weeks after the posting date. Claim will be made one month after the shipping date, in order to allow possible delays.

If you have to return something to us, please e-mail or call us before you do so and let us know what is the problem.

2) We are not responsible for packets-parcels that received damaged (broken vinyls, warped vinyls, cover's seams split, bent corners, open packets, etc). We do our best regarding the packaging : new carton boxes, stiffers, extra protection on the corners, vinyls out of their covers to avoid seam splits*, we put the records in nylon bags and seal the boxes carefully with brown plastic tapes to avoid any water damages, etc. We know the way that post-offices and freight companies worldwide treat the packets and you know that we cannot control them. And we also cannot control the external factors (heat causing warped vinyls, water causing damaged covers, etc). But you can ask for extra insurance.
*That's only in the case that the album is unsealed. If the album is sealed, we do not open it except the customer wants it and ask it from us.

3) In the case that a different item to that ordered by the customer, has been dispatched by our mistake, the customer has to sent it back in it's original condition* and with the same standard package**, within 3 weeks. Then we will send the right item if it is still available. In other case, we can replace it with another one that the customer may want or else we will refund him. We will also refund the shipping cost for this return. Replacement's postage charges will be paid by us.
* If the wrong record/CD is company-sealed, it has to be sent back to us, sealed. If it is company-unsealed it has to be returned with no missing parts (inserts, posters, extra 7" etc), if there are any. In other case we are not obliged to accept the return.
** The wrong record/CD has to be packed carefully. We have to receive it in the exact condition we had dispatched it. In other case we are not obliged to accept the return.

4) In the case that a faulty or defective item has been received, please contact us. We want to know what is the problem and check if it is a manufacturing fault. If so, we do refund you for the item. The item has to be returned in it's original condition* and with the same standard package**, within 3 weeks. Customer has to pay for the return's shipping cost. Then we will send the same (but not defective) item if it is still available. In other case, we can replace it with another one that the customer may want or else we will refund him. We will not refund the shipping cost for this return. Replacement's postage charges will be paid by us.

ALL THE RECORDS/CDs IN THIS SITE, ARE BRAND NEW AND TOTALLY UNPLAYED. EVEN SOME OLD AND OUT-OF-PRINT REISSUES OR ORIGINALS. Second-hand records, along with their condition's description (vinyl/cover), are only presented in the secondhand/originals section of this site.
