PYTHAGORAS is the name of a Dutch Progressive rock band, founded in the year 1979 in Den Haag, centered around young keyboardist Rene De HAAN and experienced drummer Bob De JONG. Helped by various guests, our two fellows created, almost on their own, two opuses now regarded as electronic Progressive rock milestones: "Journey To The Vast Unknown" (1980) and "After The Silence" (1981). About a quarter of a Century after PYTHAGORAS' demise, Musea publishes "The Correlated ABC", a double-CD including unreleased tracks from the 1983-1985 period, as well as a live performance captured in Delft in May 1983. A true gem! This is the limited 500 copies vinyl version, consisting of 1xLP + 1x 10" + 1x 7" , housed in a specially designed sleeve that, when folded out, you can transform into a triangle the side measure of which present the formula of Pythagoras, A(SQUARE) = B(SQUARE) + C (SQUARE). The package includes 2CDs plus inserts.
