This issue came out with FREE CD with 20 tracks. The “Welter Confession Vol. I” compilation is selected by Belle Vue in a limited edition of 250 - hand numbered copies - each, it is accompanied by a booklet, and is dedicated to the ‘white’ club sounds of the 60’s underground.
