Looking back to all those years from early 80’s to 2005, the European rockabilly scene can give you a whole view of all styles except a unique sound of a small country in the south-eastern side… Greece! The Rockets are a hybrid of some of the catalyst local bands from 80’s and 90’s as the “Jive Rockets”, “Red Hot”, “Speedball” and more. Their sound is old fashioned but fresh and their style is between the English rocker outfit and hep-cat elegance. Each side contains 1 up-tempo rockabilly dynamite and a moody, melodic tune that surely will steal your heart. “Rockin’ Dream” has first published (with alternate mastering) in the “White Boppin Tower” rock’n’roll compilation (OSR 007) and afterwards made the Rockets real gone local heroes!
